Gift card
Give a gift card to someone you care about, and let the recipient choose from our selection of handmade quality products.
A gift card to Blindes Arbejde is more than just a gift. It is a gift with meaning that also supports our work in creating meaningful jobs for blind and visually impaired people.
Since 1929, Blindes Arbejde has created quality craftsmanship, made by people with visual impairments. Traditional techniques are passed down from hand to hand – with respect for the craft and a sensory working method, where the sense of touch is central.
The craftsmanship spans brush binding, weaving, as well as basket and chair weaving. We work with natural materials – animal hair, straw, and wood for the brushes, paper cord, willow, and bamboo for weaving, and cotton, wool, and linen for weaving – selected with careful consideration for quality and durability.
Production takes place in several locations across the country, and all products are quality checked before they are prepared for sale.
