A practical dustpan brush with black horsehair for dusting and light sweeping on various surfaces in the home. The soft horsehair gently collects dust and small particles, while the oil-finished beechwood provides a natural and comfortable grip.
The dustpan brush is made from certified sustainably sourced beechwood and veterinarian-checked horsehair. To preserve the shape of the bristles, we recommend hanging the dustpan brush up after use.
Since 1929, Blindes Arbejde has created quality craftsmanship, made by people with visual impairments. Traditional techniques are passed down from hand to hand – with respect for the craft and a sensory working method, where the sense of touch is central.
The craftsmanship spans brush binding, weaving, as well as basket and chair weaving. We work with natural materials – animal hair, straw, and wood for the brushes, paper cord, willow, and bamboo for weaving, and cotton, wool, and linen for weaving – selected with careful consideration for quality and durability.
Production takes place in several locations across the country, and all products are quality checked before they are prepared for sale.
