Practical mushroom cleaning and preparation set for cleaning and preparing mushrooms before cooking. The set consists of a small brush for removing dirt and debris, as well as a mushroom knife with a curved blade that makes it easy to cut off the lower part of the stem.
A practical set for both mushroom foraging and the kitchen, especially during the mushroom season from late summer through autumn.
Since 1929, Blindes Arbejde has created quality craftsmanship, made by people with visual impairments. Traditional techniques are passed down from hand to hand – with respect for the craft and a sensory working method, where the sense of touch is central.
The craftsmanship spans brush binding, weaving, as well as basket and chair weaving. We work with natural materials – animal hair, straw, and wood for the brushes, paper cord, willow, and bamboo for weaving, and cotton, wool, and linen for weaving – selected with careful consideration for quality and durability.
Production takes place in several locations across the country, and all products are quality checked before they are prepared for sale.
